They are durable last about 2 seasons. Use a stack of paper about a 3/32 gap to help going over carpet. put under sweep then tighten screws and pull the papers out. be sure to cut the sweep at the right dimensions so it does not bind the door.

Easy to cut to size with metal blade sawsall and scissors for the seal. Drilled pilot holes in metal skin door and used the screws that came with. Solved issue. Great value and quick to get and install
