Product 4 starsshipping: 2 starsinstructions, absolutely nothing included. eg: could this be cut with a power mitre saw, or is that dangerous for kickback? might it melt.deform if soI thought about using a hand mitre, but ultiately I used a square and a utility knife to cut length.I have an area between basement rooms that if about 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" high. I've never tripped, but I could be awkward. my truest motivation: I would like th roomba to be able to navifte it.this threshold adjust did the trick.But the bad: the twisted circle shrink wrap back that the item was received in is just silly. I received this delivery in the winter, and that thing as going to stay in that shape until a hot summer day in direct sun. I was going to get a paint stripper heat guy out to try and straighten it out. eventually, 4-5 days next to a screaming wood stove fire softened it hop a bit to lay flat.so, i'm guessing someone in operations at this company runs the show, b/c if they were customer focused, this would ship in a flat box.

This thing is perfect. Never knew how much I needed one of these until I got this.. very easy to roll your car in and out of the doorway now. Very easy to install and use. Feels like it's very durable and fits perfect.

I built an addition onto my backyard workshop and the entry into it is about 1 inch higher than the original workshop. I learned to just step over it but people visiting me kept tripping over the edge. This threshold solved that problem. It was the perfect height for the rise in the floor (see picture). The threshold came wrapped in a tight roll and wasn’t very inclined to lay flat so I used a cabinet screw at each end to screw it to the wood floor. The rubber is resilient enough that I can wheel my power tools over the threshold when moving them from one room to the other.
