Looks nice and straightforward to install; however, there is no cap included to cover the interior screw! Looks awful to have the screw exposed and why include the washer for the cap to clip onto if you're not going to include the cap! Will have to spend more $$ to find a cap that probably won't match the black finish as the rest of the hardware....

I had to search a few of these handles, as some did not quite adjust to the height I needed based on the pre-existing holes in my door. This one worked well. It's inexpensive, but still stylish enough for my needs, and most importantly is not falling apart.I have had this for about 4 months now. I live in a cold, snowy climate, and so far it's holding up nicely even in winter.

I wanted to try this to see if I would like it considering it wasn't a name brand like one of the big name door handles that you see at Home Depot or Lowes. It looked nice, but that is it. When I went to install it, the screws would not go into the threads, because the threads were made crooked and there was no way to fix this. Also the door lever does not pop off so you can easily screw it on like you can with other door handles using a small allen wrench. Because of this you have to pull down on the lever to move it out of the way and run the risk of the screwdriver scratching the handle while trying to put it on. I sent it back and ordered from another company.

This is very attractive and works well with a separately purchased deadbolt. Keep in mind this is not a lock - simply a handle.
