Installed three of these; one of the three failed in about two months of light use. Seems like the internal spring mechanism is broken as the door won’t stay latched. I assume the other two will fail soon-ish. Agree with other reviews the latch mechanisms aren’t the smoothest and the front latch button is finicky to depress. Definitely would spend more money on a better door handle. Warranty/customer support is not a thing once you are outside Amazon’s return window. Regret buying this.*** Updated ***After posting my initial two-star review, Floresita customer service reached out and offered me a refund. That was impressive customer service, so I’ll add another star. I think the product is still 50/50 if you will get a good one or a dud. Based on that experience, the product might be worth a shot, since it is half the price of comparable door handles.

Door handle is strong, sturdy and looks very impressive. All instructions included for a clean install on a new door as well as replacement of an old handle. My only comment would be that the actual 'pull' of the lever is quite short compared to many others. The action of it works fine, but may be a bit difficult for smaller children as the action is quite short.

Attractive door handle. Nice finish and feel (feels substantial enough in hand). Unfortunately the interior knob mechanism doesn't work correctly.Professionally installed and it had issues from the get-go of the latch not fully engaging/depressing. I've installed quite a few door knobs in my life, including several with the press-down latch, so I took it apart and found the latch itself moved appropriately up & down by itself, but the center latch wasn't working right. I tried to find a way to contact the manufacturer to get just the defective piece replaced but didn't have success through the troubleshooting steps on Amazon.

I bought this handle primarily because I liked its sleek design and how it would complemented the Eufy Smart Lock that I already have installed. The installation process was a little finicky at first, with some parts not aligning perfectly, but with a bit of patience and careful adjustment, I was able to get it installed securely. Once in place, the handle works well and operates smoothly, though I did notice the sharpness of the corners when grabbing it. I wish the edges were a bit more rounded for comfort, as the sharp corners make it less ergonomic than I'd hoped. That said, it functions well overall, and despite the minor discomfort, I’m satisfied enough with the quality and look that I’ll be keeping it.

My house is 70 years old with original doors and locks. The front door knob finally gave up and I ordered this one, worried it might not be as high of a quality as the old one. This is even better. Looks beautiful on my door. Solid, beautifully made with a great price.

The locking mechanism doesn’t work properly. The deadbolt rod does not come out all the way. I have no idea how to get hold of this company. I only need the deadbolt part replaced. I do not want to have to take the handle off. I really like it but it’s just not working properly. If they send me a new deadbolt I’ll be glad to change my review.Update: my husband had installed the lock incorrectly and the seller reached out to me and explained the issue with a pic of instructions on how to correct it. Hubby followed the directions and it works perfect. It’s beautiful and I love it.

Third time was a charm! I have a steel door and can't drill another hole in it to install a door handle, so when I purchased a new entry lock I had to find a door handle that would not only fit, but look good too. This door handle is adjustable to the existing holes in the door and looks great! Super easy to install.
