I liked the price and that it came with a filter. However, it does not always make a full cup of water. I have to run it twice and then it runs over. Disappointed.

Even though I originally received a faulty unit, customer service made it right, and they impressed me both with their product, and their customer service! This product is very convenient for an avid tea/coffee drinker, much nicer than using regular kettle to boil.

My wife used to buy bottles of water or drink tea. So I bought this product with a heating function.I was very pleased, but my wife said the water tasted strange and only uses it to make tea, so I will only give it four out of five points, taking her opinion into account.

I like the temperature selections. But the lid is deformed after using it for a couple weeks and it's not able to close completely now. Also the water kind of stopped dripping through the filter (or drip REALLY slow) after a couple weeks of using the machine which is really annoying.

The lid does not fit and I have to reset the boiling point everyday which is annoying. The price is good though, but they have a newer model TF900 with 30 more bucks so I get that one instead, and will return this one. And that one is much better. As least the lid thicker, fits, so no dust will go inside.

I’ve only had the water dispenser a few days and it heats water as expected however since the water is heated on demand, it’s take awhile to fill a cup with hot water.
