We used this product to keep the water in our outdoor fountain clean. Before, we had to constantly change the water because of cloudiness. After adding the recommended amount, our fountain now stays cleaner longer.

Over a period of 2-3 weeks I added the full bottle to my 3-tiered fountain. I’m seeing next to no change in the condition of the water. The fountain is run daily so the product should have been well distributed. I’ll not be buying this product again.

I tried this because of the reviews. I’d been doing just fine using a little bleach, which the birds had no issue with as it was small doses. Once I switched to this my 3-tier 7’ fountain became a CESPOOL of dark green mucky water within 3 weeks. It was disgusting. I went back to using bleach; I will not make this mistake again.

I had been sick for a few months, and wasn't able to tend to the fountain. I finally did a day before my order arrived. I took my bird feeder water fountain apart & pour some light soapy water into it, cleaned it. I can't scrub very well because I have polyneuropathy. In essence, I could not use "elbow grease". :) I refilled the fountain with clean tap water the next day (day I rec'd item) and put in 3 oz. I allowed the fountain to circulate the treated water for about an hour. To my surprise, it looks great. The water is clear, fresh, & there's no algae, dirt, etc. It's worth every cent.
