The machine randomly forgets the position or mis-adjusts itself then misfolds a bunch of pages. when it works... it's great! but it is NOT reliable for my uses. It mostly works, but I dread every time I need to use it because you can't just set it to a setting and leave it. It will re-adjust every time.Edited- upgraded a star. I found the machine came with the shaft encoder installed incorrectly. After correcting it, most of the issues went away and it folds very well on fixed settings.
