When got the item , it was damaged in several spots see photos, and when I turned it on something went pop! I lifted the item up to find a loose chain. I had to unscrew the cover to find the broken roller chain. Instead of going through the trouble of returning because I really want the item. I went to the hardware store to get a roller chain repair kit to fix it.

There was an issue with the initial item received. Got good customer service, fast replacement and the replacement is working perfectly so far.

I've had the machine for 3 months and had nothing but problems. First, it didn't work the seller told me to unscrew the bottom and make sure wires were attached. They weren't so I attached them. Then, It started going in and out and I kept having to shack the wires and it was making a loud sound. I contacted the seller and was told to send it back. I took it to UPS and they told me $65 to send it back. I then contact the seller and was told that I could send it back pay the shipping and receive a partial refund. Why should I pay shipping and get a partial refund for something that never worked properly? Now after 4 uses it doesn't pick up the paper anymore. This machine and company are Trash.

This is a great product but word to the wise you might want to buy a momentary foot switch for the rollers cause sometimes when they're engaged if you pull the handle back it tears the Staples right from the page whereas engaging the motor after the paper has touched the rollers already ensures a clean fold every time. Lucky for me I had a foot switch laying around that I currently was not using. Otherwise great product would recommend for small print shops
