This thing is SOLID and arrived well protected. It is made out of alloy steel. You get clear glass as well as dark “embers” with faux wood. This allows versatility, if you get bored with the natural wood fire look, you can opt for a clear glass look with blue light. This is definitely more advanced than ANY other electric fireplace I’ve experienced. The fire is actually realistic when compared to the previous two units I’ve tried. The bed of glowing embers changes color, with 13 options. I do wish the flames had more than 2-3 colors but, I’m happy with the bed of embers having 13 color options instead. You would be surprised at how many looks you can get out of this. Keep in mind, it is HEAVY. The heater is pretty nice and it does have buttons on the fireplace itself, as well as the remote. Although the outside is plain, the size of the unit is not too small. It is well made, bright and beautiful. The numbers on the tag are high but, this is the best quality I have yet to encounter.

This does a great job heating and etc. Looking at other heating units that are similar, I feel this is way too overpriced. It's really heavy as well. The size is decent. Amd looks nice. Just wouldn't pay what it's listed at and would wait until discounted forbmore than a few hundred.

It’s the perfect addition to my living room. The 5,000 BTU heats up the space quickly, and the 3-sided design gives it a unique look. It creates such a cozy atmosphere, especially on chilly nights. Super easy to set up and use—definitely a must-have for winter!
