Packing list
1. Disconnect the car battery before you install the car radio, otherwise the car fuse may be blown. Connect the car battery after you install the car radio.
2. Steering Wheel Control can only be achieved by correctly Connecting the Canbus Box and the Protocl Serial Line as shown above. In some case the canbus box doesn't need to connect both side , this is not missing cable , one side connection will work .
3. Connect the camera input cable to enhance the bluetooth and WiFi signal.

The first unit failed shortly after installation. It worked for about 10 minutes before the screen went black, and soon after, I noticed a burning smell. Luckily, I hadn’t secured the bottom screws yet, so I was able to quickly remove the unit from the dash. It was smoking, so I immediately unplugged everything. I ordered a replacement and returned the defective unit to Amazon a few hours ago.The second unit is working great! I also installed an additional USB port for easier access. Climate control and steering wheel buttons are functioning perfectly. I have the upgraded SONY audio system (2012 Focus SEL), and even the stock subwoofer is working. When I shift into reverse, the screen displays the backup camera interface, but I haven’t been able to get the camera to work. I connected the yellow video cable, but there’s no video feed when I put the car in reverse. I plan to reach out to the seller for assistance.The installation process was mostly plug-and-play, though I had to search through various online videos—each one slightly different. My stock Ford Sync stopped working years ago, and I haven’t had a radio in this car for a long time, so I’m thrilled to finally have music again without relying on an earbud!

Definitely you get a bang for your buck with this install for sure. I love that you can customize this radio to your liking and needs not to mention add your own SIM for 5g service! I only got this to add android auto and CarPlay so far so good I can’t complain about it. The installation was a breeze if you have done an install before on a car. The sound quality is a lot better than the stock radio that’s for sure. Added the GPS antenna and every feature works pretty well. I was able to disable the AC controls because I have no use for it and made my car look 10 years newer with this upgrade!!!

Shipping: It came in two days! I was not ready lolInstallation: It was medium/hard difficulty. I didn’t use any instructions that came in the box. Literally just started plugging things together that looked like they fit haha and it worked!!! 1 hr and 30 minutes total. Don't get frustrated it will work just keep trying.Product review: Its actually crazy i have a sleek new touchscreen in my old car. I only needed it for bluetooth compatibility. It gives my stock speakers more of a punch. Don’t need reverse camera or GPS but im sure they work.They are doing things over there in China that I’m proud of. If this same product was USA made it would probably be around $350-$600I purchased and installed May 10th 2024. Ill update if it stops doing its job! Other than that i would buy this again.

Everything worked as promised once installed on a 2015 Ford Focus, even the backup camera.Took significant time to disassemble the dash, then removed the audio unit and old display.Install cabling was OK, but took time to sort out exactly the needed connections.Not for first time DIY or car modification people.

Was a hassle to instal but that was figured. It works great for the most part. The only issue, which is very inconvenient is that it constantly disconnects from my phone. And it won’t reconnect unless the car is turned off and back on. It does this multiple times a day. Almost every car ride. It’s very annoying and defeats the purpose. When it does work it’s nice tho.

Works super well!! I waited about a month to write the review just incase it didn’t work lol. But it’s holding up very good. Very easy to install by just looking at all the parts. It comes with a QR code for the video however that was super hard to follow because it dosent use words lol 😂. I did however believe it was supposed to come with rear view camera, mine did not have on in the box, but that’s not really an important factor to me so idc, The mic it came with is also really bad and dosent sound good (according to the people that call me when i’m driving) but that also dosent really matter to me bc i can just by another one 🤷🏽♀️ Other than that it’s all good.

I bought this for my 2013 Ford Focus and was really excited to find one that replaced the dashboard. When I received it, the packaging was all intact, no issues. But setting it up is a completely different story. The instructions don't tell you anything and if you've never worked with wiring before, you'll spend 8 hours trying to figure it out like I did. Then, when everything was finally hooked up, it didn't even work. The screen wouldn't turn on and the only thing that worked is the locks and hazard lights. I emailed the people and all they could recommend was to switch to the original protocol box (which 2013 Ford Focuses DON'T HAVE) or get a replacement. Well, I got a replacement. And it still doesn't work. Tried changing the wires. Nothing. Changed the display. Nothing. Finally, I gave up and put the old stereo back in. And lo and behold even THAT doesn't work anymore! So my stereo is now completely broken and I'll likely have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed.Oh, and for anyone saying to disconnect the battery, take a look at a 2013 Ford Focus battery. I've been denied at multiple auto shops and sent directly to a Ford Shop because there's no way to access the negative charge port. Not even to Jumpstart it. So good luck anyone trying to do this.
