This product failed before it was installed.I tested the switch before installation and it was not making contact. I took it apart and found that the connections were loose. I was able to remove the timer and make the old unit work during a cold spell until I could get a Honeywell unit. I will stick with a name brand and save myself time and frustration.Update:After a couple of weeks I was contacted by the provider and offered a full refund without me contacting them. I was impressed that they gave me a full refund without me asking for one. That tells me that they care about their product and wanted to make it right. Hopefully they can get the problems worked out because the part fit fine and I'm sure that I will be replacing more of these.

Everything would be great if only the size of the 3/4" receiver ends were drilled at standard size. Copper pipe couldn't slide in. No good quality control!

I was tired of paying $400 a time for plumbers to replace my zone valves (which seem to go every 3-5 years or so) so I decided to give it a go myself when a zone was stuck open and a bedroom was sitting at 86 degrees - note I was only replacing the head/motor on the valve, I wasn't doing any actual plumbing. took me 15 minutes after watching a couple of YouTube videos, worked like a charm, room is back at 68 now and I saved $350+
