Oem part but is a bitch to install, they have replacement flex supply lines available to replace the original cooper, would probably make installation easier

Excellent product used to replace defective valve on a Franke water bottle filler, very quick delivery and fair price. After several service calls with no results water would not shut off traced problem to this valve and we ordered it and replaced ourselves.

Talk about getting hosed! Because at this price, you certainly won't. Go ahead, pay some hairy butt cracked plumber a couple hundred bucks to come fix your fountain. Or be a real man and do it yourself for 1/5 the cost, all while having the satisfaction that you did something with your own two hands. A true rarity these days. You can thank me later.

One year use, still working great. The solenoid on ours was holding on for a few seconds after the person stopped pressing the button. The original lasted about 4-5 years. This new one is now 1 year old, still good. I will also say, due to the design of the bezel of the fountain, if there is a crack there, it may also be holding the valve button open. So I would suggest inspecting the mountings and the grey plastic around the buttons to be sure if your valve is bad or the plastic is cracked and holding the button. Our fountain would "buzz" as the water stopped (but ALSO had crack damage that previously held it open without stopping(impact damage from floor cleaning machine)).

A perfect fit for our Elkay EZFS8_1B that fixed our problem with the water running for almost 30 seconds after you would release the button. I wrote up the entire procedure for installing this part on my blog at johnfixesstuff.blogspot.com, search for Elkay to find the tutorial. It turns out that the old one had a leak in the rubber grommet and there was water in front and behind the grommet and it wouldn't release very fast.
