This works so well. The heat is great for both the pot and the grill parts. And I feel like there isn’t crazy smoke or splatter like our other gas kbbq grill. I did get it on Black Friday for a deal but it is so worth it if you like hot pot/kbbq. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Bonus is if you just want to do hot pot- you can keep the grill off. And as you cook meats and things you can set the cooked ones on the grill part to keep them warm for people to take as they are done without them overcooking or getting lost at the bottom of the broth. 10/10 recommend

I'm a horribly indecisive person and I blame that on the multitude of choices that we have. I honestly spent hours trying to find the best hot pot and I'm so glad that I picked this one. I ran a few tests before using just to make sure I picked the right one. First, I put the same temperature ice cold water in the Hot Pot area and cold raw beef slices on the barbecue area on different sites.The barbecue side heats up and holds its heat very well. All the meat cooked evenly.As for the hot pot center portion, it does not leak into each other, heats up evenly, and stays hot. There's literally nothing to complain about.So if you're horribly indecisive like me then definitely buy this one.

I never in a million years would have thought this could work as well as the restaurants...guess what it's better. Really easy to set up, use, and clean. I recommend for anyone who loves shabu shabu ( hot pot), yakiniku or Korean style bbq or even fondu to get this right now. Totally worth every penny.

Heats up quickly and stays hot. Did not make the house smokey what so ever. I like that it has a grease trap. Easy to clean. Just turn it sideways in the sink and spray out. 4 stars because I wish the pot could come out to be cleaned but over all would recommend.

Me gusta la rapidez con la que calienta. La parrilla y la olla son muy buenas. Es difícil manejarla para la limpieza porque es grande pero es fácil dejarla limpia. Podría mejorar con instrucciones multilingües aunque vienen en inglés.

Hallo!Der Food Party 2 in 1 Grill kam wie immer pünktlich und gut verpackt bei mir an.Kurz danach fand ich hier bei Amazon den Vayotoy 2 in 1.Da ich das abnehmbare Grill/Hot Pot Teil besser fand, bestellte ich diesen auch zeitnah, da ich dachte, er wäre leichter zu reinigen.So konnte ich also beide Produkte direkt zur gleichen Zeit in Augenschein nehmen.Der Vayotoy kam schon in einer Besorgnis erregenden Verpackung bei mir an - da die Amazon Klebestreifen mit Teppichband überklebt waren, nehme ich an, es war eine Retoursendung, die mir dann einfach ohne weitere Überprüfung zugeschickt wurde.Beim auspacken der original Verpackung das gleiche Bild - total beschädigt - selbst das Styropor um den Grill war mehrmals gebrochen.Zudem bekam ich auch tatsächlich nur die Basisstation, die Auflage (Grill/Hot Pot), Decken mit Knopf und ein Kabel - obwohl das Angebot suggeriert, man bekäme noch Zubehör Teile (Kellen, Pinsel und Zange).Die Basisstation macht einen total billigen Eindruck und die Knöpfe sind so locker in der Halterung, daß man Angst bekommt.Zudem war die Grillauflage beschmutzt (ich nehme an, schon mal benutzt), die Lackierung verdient den Namen kaum und war auch an manchen Stellen schon am verschwinden - dafür klebte auf der Unterseite des Grillelements um so mehr Farbe.Der Vayo(toy) macht seinem Namen alle Ehre und ging als nicht zu benutzendes Spielzeug wieder zurück!Der Food Party 2 in 1 war sicher verpackt, und die original Umpackung macht einen hübschen Eindruck - wäre als Geschenk also auch etwas.Hier war die Bestellung komplett.Die Station macht einen wertigen Eindruck, die Knöpfe sitzen gut an ihrem Platz und lassen sich anständig bedienen.Nach einer leichten Grundreinigung und einem einmaligen ausdampfen machten wir gleichzeitig ein Käse- und ein Schoko Fondue.Das Gerät kommt schnell auf Temperatur und durch die zwei Regler für Hop Pot und Grill ist es eine angenehme Sache.Die Zange haben wir nicht benutzt, da ich grundsätzlich auf beschichteten Gegenständen nicht mit Metall arbeite - aber mit Holzzange und Holzspießen hat es viel Spaß gemacht.Die Reinigung habe ich mir tatsächlich umständlicher vorgestellt, da die Teile nicht getrennt werden können.Aber ich fand es weder besonders einfach, noch besonders schwer, den Grill / Hop Pot wieder wie neu sauber zu bekommen.Auch noch ein Munispunkt bei dem Vayotoy - die Heizelemente und Halterungen dafür sind nicht in der Basisstation verbaut, sondern liegen offen unter dem abnehmbaren Grill / Hot Pot Teil - also ist da große Vorsicht beim Reinigen geboten.Ich würde den Food Party 2 in 1 jederzeit wieder kaufen - aber ich hoffe, daß er bei guter Pflege lange hält.GrußWäre ich zu Hause gewesen, ich hätte das paket nicht angenommen.

The product itself is great, the hot pot section is big enough, but not as big as our typical hot pot pots.Comes well packaged, with some useful accessories.Yes, it smells the first time, but the test run process in the manual is effective.Heats up pretty quick, temperature control works fine.Nice to use for dinner parties as u can grill food at the table with central section for sauces etc. It heats up very quickly once plugged in by the 2 pin plug to the mains. The grill is smokeless so u can use indoors or on a table in the garden. Makes entertaining friends & family a more inclusive & friendly activity when u can all pick items to grill directly from the table. It is easy to clean off after using. With full instructions & a recipe booklet giving u ideas on dishes u can cook with it. Includes 2 free pastry brushes to apply coating/sauce to food & a pair of tongs for removing cooked items from the hot cooking surfaces.

I read a lot of the reviews on this product and was a little apprehensive on what to expect.The product arrived quickly and was very well packed. The box is nicely presented and would make a great gift.Their is minimal bits that require putting together. The device itself is easy to use with only two controls.The bbq plate gets very hot and cooks chicken, beef and vegetables with ease. I does take a bit of getting used to as its such a different way of cooking to throwing a meal together in a kitchen.Once you get used to the challenge of cooking it makes for a really great night in. We spent 2.5 hours round the table and had a great laugh.I want to address a lot of reviews about smoke. I didn't use fatty meats and 100% did not get any smoke at all. Steam yes, smoke no. I cooked on my dining table and have a smoke alarm directly above, no issues.Secondly the wire did not seem to get hot for me and no issues with sockets.Advice - ensure meats are cooked really thin.Buy some Gyoza's and put water in the hotpot section. boil till piping hot then place on the BBQ for a bit. When you are done cooking your Gyoza's add your stock.Highly recommended

So this is a pretty good hotpot/grill. It basically does what it advertises. I did end up with a broken and super scratched knob to the lid, but otherwise it seemed ok.Design wise, i wish it wasnt hollow under the grill. There is an oil catcher but it is small and if it leaks at all it'll pool in the bottom which is basically inaccessible to clean.Actually cleaning the grill was pretty easy. It's non-stick so as long as you don't scratch uo the coating, it should remain easy to clean for a long time. All the sticky burnt bits came right off with no issues.The tempurature control was decent. It's straightforward but when the grill was on and the hotpot turned off, the soup was still simmering around the edges.All in all, it works well, but I'm a little annoyed that the knob was chipped and scratched. It would be nice if it were easier to clean the oil catcher area.**UPDATE** i was contacted by the company's customer service and received a replacement lid!
