This is my third Tianji appliance and I absolutely love it. I make a lot of porridge in the medium-sized dishes, and tender marinated meats in the large dish. I've been using this nonstop for months and it's very reliable. I also love how much effort the company puts into the instructions and videos so it's easy to understand.

Do not buy this product. Poor quality, making a lot of noise when it’s cooking- almost like it’s going to explode. No after sell service.

It is very large and required a lot of water to fill. I like the stainless steel inner and it looks very durable.

Update my review. I managed to find out the contact of customer service on the instruction book and reached out to the customer service. It sent me a replacement of the heating pot, and it works now. I would like to update the rating as it resolved the problem and it was very quick.I purchased it in September 2023, and it doesn’t work anymore, just after 6 months. Such poor quality and there is no customer service for exchange or repair. Be cautious to buy it as it costs 135. I found some review with the same issue, I should listen. Absolutely poor quality.
