After using it for a while the handle was getting hot , then this happened. Please look at pictures. I start smelling electrical wire burn ,then I saw a hole on the hand. It sill cooks great just need a replacement.

I absolutely love it, I’ve used it for frying eggs, burgers, steamed rice, boiled eggs, boiled pasta and boiled potatoes….., I’ve made Mexican rice, I’ve cooked hot cereal, made grilled cheese sandwich, made sauces and soups, I even cooked bacon, I only wish they made larger pots just like it so I can make larger meals like stuffed bell peppers, I like to make alot so I can freeze them, it is so extremely easy to clean, it has become my favorite appliance, I will purchase from this company again, they put their money where their mouth is, good job

I love this easy to use pot , suddenly the 1st heat setting does not work … I can only cook on high !! I used the pot about once a week , had it just over a month . Sad , not sure I trust a new one . Other brand ?

Solo funciona la temperatura alta y se quema la comida. No la devuelvo, pues se me hace muy tedioso , ya que tardo un mes en llegar y sería mucho tiempo de espera para que me envíen otra.

I really wish I had used this before my 30 days were up. My stupidity since I did read the reviews. Again stupidly after I bought it.That said , this pot AND cord get VERY hot very fast. If you use a pot holder ( even for the lid) and stay in the same room that you are cooking in so you can keep an eye on it great. It does clean up very easily.

Absolutely love this pot! It heats very quickly and cooks evenly. Cleaning it could not be any easier. One thing I found challenging (for me) was draining excess water. You will need a strainer or you could just use the steamer basket instead of draining straight from the pot. Other reviewers state the handle heats up. I did not find that but I did notice the screws underneath the handle get warm (not hot), if you have to cook something for a longer amount of time. You will naturally find the right positioning for your hand. Also, the size of the handle is so nice! It's has an ergonomic feel to it. I'm going to purchase another one!

Loved it, being a frequent traveler for work, this turned out great. I even cooked hamburger in it. Lightweight, and easy to clean. I used extension cord, and balanced cord on a chair to keep pot flat on surface.

This ceramic pot is absolutely the best kitchen appliance I have ever bought. Be careful to use only plastic utensils, I use a flat plastic very thin spatula. It outperforms my faithful nonstick frying pan by miles. In fact I have put my frying pan away! Heats up quickly as advertised. Uses just a couple of drops of olive oil. I have cooked fried eggs, chicken pieces, steak, grilled cheese to name just a few. It will be ideal for soups, curries etc. A very reasonably priced little champion of a pot!

Made an omelette yesterday with the small pan and it cooked through both sides and then flipped onto a plate. It was just like on the TV ad. Even on the low heat it cooked in moments. Thank you.

When asked likes and dislikes A) HEAT DISTRIBUTION came as an IDEA; well considering we used it 3 times and on the 4 th time, the handle and pot Popped, Smelled as an Electrical fire, it made us laugh ironically, since the RV or house could have caught on fire. So the distribution could have had a real good range. This of course sounds in jest, but never the less is a clear and present danger.When it worked (the 3 times before the fire hazard) we loved it since it operated as advertised. However it is NOT TO BE TRUSTED, especially if left unattended. Good concept but HORRIBLE EXCECUTION from the manufacturer. DO NOT PURCHASE / RISK OVERWEIGHS REWARDS !!!!

Extremely easy to clean! Even oatmeal didn't stick. I've found that it can be easily cleaned with just a paper towel and a spritz or so of water.Heats quickly. Deep enough for large servings. Two settings. I've used it twice: heated a sandwich; made instant oatmeal. The ciabotta bread toasted quickly. The other sandwich ingredients stayed cool.The oatmeal definitely tasted better than when it's microwaved. Cooked on the lowest setting, it was warm enough to eat without scorching the tongue.I experimented by cooking a personal sized frozen pizza. Granted, it took way longer than microwaving or baking - maybe 30-40 minutes (8-10 on high; the rest of the time on low). It cooked all the way through and the crust was crunchy! Didn't leave a gooey mess. Easy cleanup with a slightly damp paper towel. Viola! Nice and clean.If you don't have a microwave (or space for one), this might be the answer for you.
