Didn't even get the right owners manual plus it's all in Spanish not a very battery it's a fast bike nice pace 22mph first trip 30miles no issues well worth the money

Bike doesn't go but 5 miles on throttle or assist and said 30. And when it came in the user manual was in Spanish and for a completely different ebike.and I can't seem to get any help. Maybe it's the battery but so far not happy

I was so excited when I got my electric bike. It was easy to put together. I charge the battery. It didn’t take long to charge it to a full charge. I checked the tires. They both was fled and after I get ready to test the ride my back tire was flat. My turn signals did not work and when I went to test to fold it up, I couldn’t get the handlebars to break down other than that. I was quite happy with it. Just need to get air in the tire to see if it works far as the speed goes.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was the fact that Fedex mishandled it. The box was beat up pretty bad and I thought the bike was damaged but it wasn’t.
