Pro- Bike came quickly and went together easily. It is lighter then other e bikes. I put 13 miles on it right after putting it together. The battery did not drop even 1 bar and I live in a semi hilly area. The bike has plenty of power and shifts smooth. Lights are bright and I like the working brake light. I felt it comfortable to ride at 6'2" 240lbs.Cons - My bike did not come with hydraulic brakes like advertised. Seat clamp is on the cheaper side and required adjustment several times during my ride as the seat slowly worked down. (not bad but noticeable). The display is nice and complete but I found the buttons to be on the small side and close together so hitting the plus and minus requires paying attention. The plastic around the seat post that looks like a suspension seat is just a ribbed piece of plastic.All of this being said. I feel like its still a good value for the money and I would by it again.

Great bike! With my weight (138 lbs) and height (5'6'') it does the advertised 30 mph and gets up there pretty quickly. Frame seems sturdy, I have so far ridden it to work and back and it did not even touch the battery. I am mostly using it as a commuter bike to get to and from work and so far it has been great for that!

I bought 2 of these, for my wife and myself. Delivery was great. Product is great. My wife LOVES going out on rides now, and we have enjoyed quality time together because of it. For the curious novice... go for it. This bike is easy to use and ride, and the traditoinal uphill battle, no longer exists. This vendor was very responsive to all inquiries and everything met or exceeded expectations.

Bought this for my son as a Christmas gift and he loves it! Easy to assemble and love that the battery is removable for easy charging. The bike is very sturdy and love the way it looks.

I've only rode this bike briefly but so far it's great. Love the power. It is little on the heavy side but great overall. The headlight points to the sky which probably just needs to be adjusted but just dont know how to yet. The front fender was warped and a little hard to install, but still love this bike.Update.I had to go on their website to get support because there wasn't a way to contact them through Amazon. Their support is amazing. They are sending me out a new fender to replace the warped one. They answered all my questions very quickly. I changed my review to 5 stars because of this. I cant wait until the weather gets warmer when I can really use this bike.

I purchased the eBike for my daughter for Christmas, It arrived on time and It was very easy to assemble. I got to spend a beautiful time with my daughter getting it ready so she could try it out right away! While we were getting the eBike assembled, we did had some questions for the supplier regarding the battery and functioning and they replied super fast! They were so kind and fortunately I feel confident to reach out to them anytime I have any inquiries about the product, I've stayed in touch with them even after purchase and the attention has been amazing. My daughter loves her bike and now she can easily commute to school even through the snow on this season, I feel like the fat tires are totally worth it now! I would totally recommend this one and any other product from them, the experience has been really nice and caused no inconveniences at all!
