DEFINITELY CLOG. Not sure what the deal is. I used these for roughly 10 days in a row and clogged within a few days. Not sure how they can say anti-clog. Have had to replace a bunch of these.

I don't think my complaint here is related to the part, but they didn't turn the water into the fine mist as they advertised. The drops were large enough to leave water on anything directly or near the nozzles. I was hoping for a better result, but they did manage to cool the area.

I have tried several different misting heads. I finally came across these and they do not clog and they give out a very very fine mist. I don’t get soaked anymore these are perfect.

The water is pretty hard in my area, and the cooling season can be as long as six months. A couple of weeks ago we had temperatures around 105 and humidity around 15%. It never gets that dry here, but I found new appreciation for my misters.Usually I clean my nozzles after the first year, and after the second year, and then I replace them after the third year. These seem to work just as good as the other, all metal nozzles that I've used. I custom designed and built my system with PVC pipe that goes all the way around my house, with nozzle openings that I drilled and tapped into the pipe. What I like about these nozzles, over the other ones, is the longer bodies. That makes it so much easier to keep them straight as you're screwing them into the pipe. Otherwise they try to cut new threads into the plastic pipe.

I replaced all 7 nozzles on my misting system from mistcooling.com, that I installed in a 200sqft Tea House.I think the nozzles that shipped with the mistcooling kit were for lower pressure, and they didn't provide a fine mist. The furniture in our Tea House got wet. With these new nozzles, the mist is very fine. No wet furniture. Good cooling. And every nozzle cast the same shape cone spray pattern. VERY high quality, high value product! Note:My system is 200psi. I will be going with 0.012 orifice nozzles like these hereforward.
