It looked perfect, but when I went to plug it into my Fluke 77, I found the insulators around the pins were too thick to easily fit into my Fluke 77 meter. I ended up removing the insulators. I guess my 77 is just too old.

I purchased Fluke since I feel they are a top quality product. I own numerous Fluke productsBut in this case, this was disappointing right out of the box, I went to calibrate it, and the Fahrenheit potentiometer was broken. So, I can only use Celsius. Now I need to waste more time finding a local Fluke rep to get this fixed or replaced. Until then I need to use Celsius, which is not the end of the world. Lol. Most specs have both values anyways. But this product wasn’t cheap, and I expected more of Fluke. How could this have passed their QA?

If your buying this you probably have a specific need for it. I use it with a temperature probe specific for my work needs, not the wire supplied, but the module works great and has lasted a long time now with no issues.

If you don't turn it off the 9v battery dies quickly. And, I have to buy a new one because the one I've had for 2 years doesn't work anymore (poor quality).

Battery was empty, but luckily no leakage. Recommend not leaving empty batteries inside 2nd hand products.

Been using this model for decades. Never have gone wrong with any Fluke product, and I've owned many.

The unit provided erratic readings. I disassembled it and found that the foil shielding was so poorly installed, crooked and loose, that it was shorting out the leads. I reaffixed it and it works perfectly.
