Plug and play. Cleared the check light when attempting to use gas mode. Burner is working fine now.

Worked as advertised but was not the reason why my refrigerator would only work on electric. Had to buy a new main board.

My RV fridge would only get cold when plugged in. When I tried using LP gas for the fridge, it would light and have the pilot light lit, but would never "open" the valve to actually cool the fridge. After reading and talking to a few people they said it is rather common for these thermocouples to go out. This is what sends the signal to the control board that there is a pilot light, and there is enough heat to "open" the LP gas valve to start flowing. Without this, it would could spell disaster. So, I replaced the thermocouple, and right away my problem was solved. The flame was MUCH higher, and it worked as new. This thing worked great. If you are not getting any cold temps on Lp gas, but are getting cold when plugged into shore power, try this first. It may save you lots of money! My fridge is a 2006 Dometic 2652
