Sellers really need to specify what size the fitting is that screws into the valve. The Honeywell fitting is larger and has a different thread spacing. The product is fine, but please put the fitting specs in the description. No vendor does this and I have looked at hundreds.I have since purchased another thermocouple from a different vendor that described it as metric. It had a fitting similar to the original shown in the photo, but it was also too large. I have purchased a M9 to M8 adapter that I have not received yet, but that too is a blind purchase as they did not specify 1 or 1.25 thread spacing.It is exactly 48" if you are concerned based on another reviewer that received one that said it was shorter.
