The wax rings are stacked on top of each other in the box and obviously stick together. As a result, several were damaged while trying to separate. The ones that were not damaged worked well.

I'm a plumber and I use these almost everyday. Couldn't find the wax ring contractor's pack they sold in the store anymore. Ordered these for the price. Came in fast and in great condition. I would recommend this product for anyone and hope they get the same experience

The wax is a bit beat up and appear to have been stored in excessive temperatures or the shipping was rough on them. However, they aren't crushed to be thinner and are still round. They should work for their intended use.

Came stacked one on top of each other, not individually packaged like in the image. Were damaged, product should not be sold like this.

Wax working no leak. Make sure you order the correct wax ring for your projects. I purchased one from another store that did not have plastic black seal and of course not knowing wasted time and money because it leaked. If you don't know then ask before ordering.
