Step #1
Start at the garage door opening with the female loops facing in.

Step #2
Create an "L" shape. Again with the female loops facing the back wall and one side wall.

Step #3
Work your way in toward the back and opposite side wall.

Helpful Tip!
Leave room between the wall & tiles. Giving the tile room to expand & contract with changing temps.

I put the tile floor in my garage in the spring and wanted to see how it held up for 6 months before writing the review. It was very easy for me to install, I am a 75 year old female. The tiles snap together and if you make a mistake you can undo it and correct your tile placement. Some hints for installation: 1) put down ground cover fabric (garden variety) between the cement and the tiles. It will greatly reduce any hollow tapping noise when you walk on the tiles. 2) be sure to install the expansion joints, I put one row in right down the middle of the floor. In Arizona, we get temps up to 117 so I can tell you that these greatly reduce the possibility of the floor buckling in the hot weather. 3) work from the doo and middle first and then work out in both directions. 4) leave about 1/2 inch gap between tiles and walls to allow for expansion in all directions. 5) get the edgers for the door end and there will be no bump to go over when you pull the vehicle in. I used a hand held jigsaw to cut the edging tiles to fit around the walls and then knocked off any burrs with sandpaper. This is easy to clean and looks like new. It was laying down a giant jigsaw puzzle and much easier than I expected. Watch the youtube video by a guy named Brian and you will get a good idea of how this works. Great product!

I like how easy they are to lay. I also love the finished look.What I don’t like is they bubble up when it’s hot outside.The second photo shows the warping. It goes back to normal when it cools off

I bought a mix of black and red tiles to complete my garage. The tiles came assembled in groups of 4, which came apart easily by grabbing each end and pulling them to your knee, shiny side facing you. They are very shiny and do marr a bit. I did install black landscaping weed out material under the tiles so they don't make a tapping noise when walking on them. They are easy to assemble. I did not order the trim edges until I was done so I would know how many male or female fitting I would need.

I ordered these tiles for a garage rehab project based on several reviews I had read. The seller shipped them two boxes at a time over a period of several days. The packaging was very poor and several boxes arrived damaged or open with some tiles missing. Two boxes never arrived. Amazon was unable to replace them. After lots of time and red tape, I was able to get a refund for them and reordered two more boxes as replacements. Once I started the installation, I realized I had four distinctly different shades of color among all those tiles. No way to mix and match to get a decent appearance. These tiles snap together easily but do not provide a consistent joint. Small gaps throughout. The surface is glossy, slippery and scratches easily. Most aggravating though is they are very stiff and do not lay flat on the floor. There is always a slight gap between them and the floor that causes a moderate clicking sound as they compress when you walk on them. I am beyond disappointed with this product. I'm sure I will be replacing it soon.

I live in an 70 year old home. The floor of my detached garage took a beating somehow from previous owners. I had to patch and repair the existing concrete. When I was finished, the floor was solid but a patchwork of different colors and textures - functional but ugly and not really uniformly smooth. These tiles did the trick. 99% of this floor went in easily with a rubber mallet. The remaining partials were easily fitted by cutting to size and shape with an jig and cordless circular saw. The floor now looks beautiful and is certainly way more functional than before. The tiles are good looking and easy to install. I suggest this product to anyone looking to stylize their garage or those who have a garage floor like mine.I came across these tiles on Amazon. I had not even known such a product existed. I then went to You Tube to get some idea about how they worked. Satisfied, I went back to Amazon and placed an order for my garage floor. BUT, if I was to offer one suggestion, I would suggest going to the company website to buy everything needed. The way Amazon's site worked, I was led to believe I was ordering needed "transition" pieces for my tile order - the parts that came were incompatible with the Nitro tiles. If I had gone to the IncStores.com website, I would have seen that there are no "transition" pieces. IncStores.com refers to them as "edge" pieces. It is hard to see, but if you look very closely at the picture, I believe you can make out the transitional edge of the "edge" pieces. Even though I felt like I was originally led into buying the wrong finishing pieces by the Amazon app, I give the product 5 stars.
