Works great and has decent hold. It worked perfectly for what we needed. (Put on side of fridge to protect from things hitting the side. )

The magnet sheet is great if attaching flat, it’s not strong enough to attach around corners but this would be unusual given the typical use of this product.

I purchased this magnet for my fireplace, but it keeps falling off. I’m not sure how magnetic it’s supposed to be, but it’s not even strong enough to hold the corners in. It might fall off if I open or close the fireplace. It kinda works, but it’s not a strong stick .

The material is tough yet it cuts easily and cleanly with scissors or a hobby knife. I used it to cover two fireplace vents to eliminate drafts in the winter. I discovered the side of the material with the smoother finish faces opposite of the metal you are going to stick it on. The rougher side with the barely visible lines is the magnetic side and it makes a huge difference which side faces the metal. The company shipped this very quickly in less time than promised.

Nearly perfect. I give it four stars because it is prone to cracking if you're not very careful. I cut this on the Cricut using the deep point blade, 350 pressure, and 3-4 cuts/passes. It comes out great, but you really have to babysit it. If you're cutting out letters like O or R, for example, that middle piece is going to get cut first, and runs the risk of popping off the mat and getting caught in the machine. I watch carefully and pause the cutting to fish out loose pieces as I think they're pulling off the mat (yes, even the taped down to the strong grip mat). I recommend working in small sections/pieces (I've done pieces as large as 12"x24", but you REALLY have to pay attention). Overall, works wonderfully for what I needed (numbers and words for my classroom's whiteboard).

I bought this to use for fireplace vent draft and it works wonderfully. Although I don’t anticipate it will be an issue for me the material is quiet thin and most likely would be a poor choice if you need something that could stand constant wear.I can also see this being very useful for craft projects.

Excellent product! Worked perfectly to cover fireplace vents to seal out drafts. Easy to remove and reuse when fireplace is in use. Much cheaper than purchasing from a fireplace vender. Highly recommended!!

So I have an old car with a sunroof that started leaking. Glue and chalk were just not working (probably because it's too cold and moist out to set and cure) to stop the water coming in on a hard rain and I didnt have the money to take it to a shop to fix. And I'm not in a place to get rid of the car just yet. If course I also dont want to keep getting a puddle of water to sit in the front passenger feet area and start to mold. So I came to Amazon to look around for an idea to solve my problem for the short to mid term. And here it is. This magnetic sits and covers my whole sunroof. Water beads and rolls off. Now because of the curve in my roof of the car, it does not sit completely flush. It lifts in two places, but not near the side that's having the issue. It does the job without harming the paint on the car. It also has allowed me to use gorilla tape on the glass without it getting wet, so the tape finally cured after 4 days even with constant cold and wet conditions. Would I drive on the highway with this magnetic? No only because like i said mine doesn't sit flush in two places because of the curve of my roof and i think high speeds could lift it . But i have driven local (30mph) and it hasn't flung off. Its black on both sides so it's not an eye sore on my dark grey car. If it was maybe an inch wider i could get it to sit flush on all edges, but I wasn't going to pay 60 for me to get a custom size. It does stick very well. If I used this on a side of a van for stickers or company logo, I'd have all confidence that this wouldn't blow off the car. It also looks great on a refrigerator (when it comes , its rolled up, so you have to flatten it out first, so I stuck it on my fridge for a day and that did the trick. I'd imagine this is a great idea if you have an old fridge with a tacky color and you want to cover that up, you could. )they included a coupon for 10% off next order as well. It's a matte flexible magnet on both sides, not glossy like a white dry board.Update after 3 months:So my original purchase was destroyed by accident, so I decided to reorder. The wrong item was sent (a white one instead of black was sent) and the seller was prompt in sending a black sheet when I notified them of the error. Great. Except when I got the new black magnetic sheet, I realized immediately it was not the same quality. It's far more flimsy or flexible which isn't a bad quality . However , it had a tear in it, not a straight edge cut but a tear. You could pull on it and that would be enough to make the tear bigger. Not like my first purchase. But first purchase was thicker and felt like it wouldn't tear. It needed to be cut to change shape. This second purchase also was not as magnetic. I tried to put a pic if each side by side to see the mil difference on the edge. The matte finishes were also different in look and feel, again, making me suspect that this is not the same product at all. I imagine this one will not last long at all and I'll be looking to another company for a replacement in near future.
