I take this neck harness when I travel. It packs easily and you can loop most any weight through it, doesn't have to be a plate. Good price, decent product.

I do 5,000 reps with this neck workout chain every day. Now I don't have to worry about the vertebrae in my neck because I can't even turn my head anymore because I'm immobilized. My neck is so strong I have to turn my whole body to look sideways. And I looked at the Moon last night and fell backwards onto my back because I couldn't lift my neck because it was so strong. Luckily I didn't get whiplash because of the strength of my neck. Thick neck time baby.

Adjustable velcro strap is 2 inches to short - unable to fasten it. We will have to sew the strap at the right length. Rest of it looks OK.

The strap that goes around my head is too small when I move my head forward, the whole thing comes off my head, so i can't really use it.
