The description says fitness bands and carabiner INCLUDED. However, mine had nothing but the rack and the mounting hardware. Not even instructions! Not that you'd need any but when it's described to have something, you expect it to. I did not return it because I needed it immediately.

It is not as thick as it appears in pictures. Very thin metal. I returned for one that wouldn’t damage my bars (I.e., thicker plastic or rubber in the pockets).

Yep, it works. Has all the hardware needed to hang the rack and holds two bars as needed for a decent price.
