Was excited to order this brand based other products have been outstanding! This set overall falls short unfortunatelyI did like that there was cm on one side and inches on the otherI needed one that locks the circumference and it does -at first but the plastic is too flimsy the two plastic arms making the circle don’t stay fixed and the dial lock doesn’t stay firm, you can see how it goes out of alignment in the photo - Middle Circle, of the three circlesThe big round middle lock near the top isn’t tight enough to hold the arms steady and it slipsIt’s a bit lighter weight than I expected for the brandThis Compass is a nice design but it’s not solid enough to be effective

I bought this because of the brand but it's nothing but a cheap piece of junk. Very light plastic as if it's just a toy. Doesnt hold the pencil tightly and it keep slipping up. Even with the screw tightened all the way, it will not lock in your setting.Do not waste your money.

I needed this to paint accurate circles. It is a good thing to have in your art supplies. It replaced a metal one that was to hard to use. This one is very easy!

Both pieces seem to be accurate, well-made, and useful. These are perfect for an elementary student. We aren’t using them for anything more advanced than that, but for our purposes they are perfect. The compass is very sharp, so be aware of that.

For the price, this set is decent. I have no issues with the protractor, but the compass is loose so it does not maintain the radius as you use it. I ordered this set to help me create sewing patterns on regular printer paper, and have found that I need to create an axis, measure the radius on all 4 axis lines, and adjust the compass as I pass each axis line. There doesn't appear to be a way to tighten it, and no matter how lightly I press on it, the radius changes as I work my way around the circle. I will probably spring for a sturdier compass that has a tightening feature.
