They are lightly weighted making them good for simple flip casts. The bright color and size help to keep track of them. Well made, function as expected making them a good value for the money spent.

I highly recommend these floats. The added weight makes casting excellent. The color contrast also makes visibility great. These work great for panfish when casting very light jigs or plain hooks.

Takes the fuss out of having to add split shot to the fishing line in addition to a bobber for lake fishing. Super easy to hook on the line with fasteners on both the top & bottom like a standard bobber, but it's weighted. I tried it out trout fishing in calm conditions & it was the perfect amount of weight to get my bait out into the water at the preferred distance & depth. I like that it came in a 10 pack. The only concern I have is that after a few casts, the bobber was already showing signs of usage. I tried to capture a pic of the dent in the right side on the yellow part in the 1st pic.

These bobbers work just fine with small fish, they can pull the indicator under the surface of the water without a lot of resistance, so they don't notice until too late! I used them for my crappie fishing, bluegill, and small mouth bass. I havn't had any luck with trout as of yet, but I am sure they would be fine.The material and construction of them are adequate, I would say it is hard to mess up a bobber, but it can be done. They clip on and off pretty easy so thats very nice. I would recommend these for a casual fisher, I don't think these will pass the scrutiny of an extreme angler.

First of all I love the oval shape, less of a footprint in the water means less of a distraction to that fish you are trying to catch. Secondly, these are perfect for that light test line I'm using to catch trout in rivers and lakes, not something I'm using to land a 80 lb. King salmon. I still love to bobber fishlike we did when I was a kid. Throw it in the right part of the stream and the bobber brings your bait along with it and the bait brings you a 10 to 18" rainbow or cutthroat trout.These will last me for years and I will give away half to a younger crowd and teach them bobber fishing. Teaching is half the fun!These bobbers are easily FIVE STARS!

We have a small river and no fish is 'the big one', but they are fun to catch, so I needed a cork with a sinker to carry a lure downstream and repeat the process; these are ideal and it seems like a 'big one' every time those little fellas strike.
