The chair is amazing…it’s comfortable,it’s heavy duty,it’s great except the back doesn’t lock into place. The back slides all over the place but still stays in place unless you mean to move it

this was not as I expected it to be. I bought it to replace a broken chair and expected it to be as good as or better than the one I had. The new chair arrived with the box smashes and a hole in one corner. When I put it together the footrest was bent, the chair back was mounted crooked and the chair itself would not go down when I pulled the lever. No paperwork or parts list or instructions on the chair at all. I'm currently waiting for the chair to be returned and my account refunded so that I can put that money towards a different chair.
