I have heard Perch makes really great stools, finally I saved enough money to purchase one. I was so excited to receive my order, but was SO dissapointed when I opened my package to only find the foot rest ring and cynlinder new items with good packaging, all remaining items were either slightly used return items or dirty with finger prints on them just thrown in any soiled plastic bags weren't even taped up, plus other missing part. Sigh! Can't believe I paid $300+ for this! I am waiting to hear back from the seller for replacement with all new parts and glad to return what they've shipped me.
