I hope to never know of it's fire retardant or waterproof qualities, but I do know now that this is extremely well made, and it gives instant peace of mind for important papers and documents. It was worth every single dollar.This item is extremely well made, the zipper and closures are excellent, and there is plenty of room for any type of paperwork. I'm guessing it would hold close to half a ream of paper. It has a band of light catching reflective material all around it, and the color I chose, green, will stand out if having to look for it.

For the cost this is a great product. I was able to store all of my important documents in the pouch so I only had to purchase one.It's an inexpensive way to have more peace of mind in the event of a disaster.

Perfect size for what I wanted it for . Couldn't give it five because I don't know how fire. Water proof it is . Hopefully won't find out lol .
