I was pleasantly surprised by these. The design is very basic, which is fine. They are very heavy in weight. When we sold our last house, we inadvertently forgot to take our fireback out of our fireplace which we really regretted because it was very expensive and we loved it. We need to replace it. Now we have these awesome fireback feet, so I just need to find another nice fireback to go with it. I am very happy with these.

These are solidly constructed fireback feet. They seem to be real cast iron and sturdy. I don't have a fireplace so can't comment on how they hold up under heat, but they worked well for my application.

I needed to get my fire back off the ground and have held off buying these stands because, as I’m sure anyone who’s gone shopping for these cast-iron parts knows, they can be really expensive. In that regard, though they are pricey, that’s kind of just how the market for these is if you want decent quality, and these are decent quality. They seem more like a one-size-fits-all sort of product, and that’s exactly how it worked out. They got my fire back off the ground. They don’t crack under heat, and they seem solid.

Arrived a bit dinged up but they’re heavy and seem well constructed. These will do well for my fireback.

These fireback feet are a really nice, very sturdy and should look great with any standard black fireback. One thing I really like about these is the opening is wide enough so that you really can use them either way, meaning with long foot out if you want to keep the fireback close to the bricks - especially useful if you have a shallow fireplace like the one in the picture - or you can use them probably as intended with the long feet facing the rear. Very pleased with these and at about 1/3rd to 1/2 the cost of name brand versions, many of which aren't even as heavy or flexible in use.

The slot for the fireback is so wide that the fireback isn't held securely . I won't be using this for safety reasons.

These are really heavy duty fireback support feet, well constructed and solid. The pair I received did look a bit used, maybe... they were scuffed and dinged up a bit. But they are going in the fireplace, so not such a big deal.These are a solid pick and will hold up the weight of any fireplace fireback. With the quality of the build, I suspect they will last as long as I do. :)
