I've tried a few different fire starters and these are the best! I break up the logs, which is easy to do, and use about a third at a time as a fire starter just enough to get my real logs going. They work great! Apparently I've bought them before and the last case lasted me 3 years! (I'm in Texas so we don't use our fire place a whole lot.) I will definitely buy these again - in another 3 years.

Breaking the logs into palm-sized pieces provides a year’s worth of kindling. Very practical, time-saving & clean.

These work excellent. Provide good flame and heat. They are easy to store and travel with. No mess. No kindling required. Small and compact. I’ve also added wood on top of them if I’m forest camping with what is around the area if you want more crackle and have them last longer. I’ve bought these several times. Love that they are environmentally friendly.

They burn great and don't have the bad smell that Duraflame gives off...
