These filters offer a low resistance to airflow which extends your HVAC unit's lifetime and consumes less energy. They are so efficient that when I had my tech come to do the annual cleaning of the coils in the heat pump, the ones for the inside of the house didn't need any cleaning. One per month is probablky excessive, they work well even for 2 or 3 months.

Was buying these for a while and decided to try a cheaper brand to save a few bucks; didn't realize how much the quality matters. Cheap brand immediate whistled and bowed due to lack of air flow and also made my bill go up with the extra system strain. Won't switch back again. These filter great (we have 2 high-shed dogs and several cats) and they have no trouble keeping up. They fit well and go in easily, and most importantly are completely *silent*

These filters work extremely well. They do their job in any environment, are great with pet fur and dander. They easily catch all manner of dust and dirt.

While they do filter well and have a good airflow (lots of pleats is good) they are a bit expensive for paper air filters. 3 months is about as long as you want to keep them in use - they get pretty dark by then.

I have been using these filters for about a year in our house and needed to replace it and had to go to hardware store and bought a replacement but could tell a huge difference with dust. I have purchased these 4 times now and will continue to buy them. They are expensive but worth it.
