My husband and I played around with this. It’s a lot of fun! Easy to use, it’s fun to try and hit the pads where the lights are lit up great exercise and a great way to get your aggressions out lol! I might add that’s pretty well-made, and you can attach it to a wall with Velcro strips. Which makes it easy to move to another room or take with you.

Honestly, it's a bit on the flimsy side. However, it is a fun workout option when the pads register correctly. Sound isn't great, but when I want to get in a workout and workout some frustrations it works well enough.

Do you not waste your time on this. Half the time he pads didn't register the hit, so you would have to hit harder, but then it was too hard and it was messing up the pads. The center fell out several times, and it was messing with the ability to turn on. And then this thing just stopped working after a week. Not worth it at all.
