I bought this as a reward activity for my students and they are absolutely in love with it! It's the perfect size, uses velcro to easily mount and unmount from the wall. It is super fun and engaging. It works exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

I’ve always wanted to train boxing, and Music Boxing is the perfect way to start! The workouts are so much fun because they go along with the music, and it makes it feel less like exercise and more like a game. The energy in the class is amazing, and the instructors really push you to do your best. I love how I get to learn actual boxing moves while also getting a full-body workout. I’ve only been doing it for a little while, but I already feel stronger and more confident. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into boxing in a fun way!

Easy to hang up no screws easy to pair to my phone. I use this for additional cardio workout on my weight loss journey. It's awesome definitely work up a sweat. The item works just as it said it would. I had an issue with one of the arms but just folded card board behind that arm and it works great. I placed this in the back room against an outside wall for a more solid wall rather than inside wall that may give a little when punching. The gloves are fine I was worried but they work great and my hands do not hurt at all. The gloves have plenty of padding.
