I’m very sad.. when the product came the tip of the pole was cracked and it broke right away! I would like to get in touch with someone but cannot to get a refund or replacement!

Seems there is a quality issue. The pic shows it all -- this was the first time out with it and theRod tip broke on first bend. the fibers are twisted out - kinda looks like a broken celery stick if you broke and twist.It came out of the box with the tip slightly "bent/warped". But it sat in my warm house and seemed to straighten out.I have rods that are literally 30+ years old and they never broke and are still in my ice fishing arsenal. This thing did not even land a fish.Fenwick has in the past meant quality -- I know a man who has Fenwick poles for a few decades.Fenwick quality managers should be keen to make right by their loyal customers and see to it that this issue isfixed and their loyal customers are made whole and satisfied with a quality rod.not stuck holding broken rods

The rod was packaged broken, rod tip in the packaging bag, and the rest of the rod outside of the bag flipped around. Not a ding on the box. On top of that the drag threads were completely stripped out. I'm guessing an employee was a little disgruntled that day! Over all nice rod. Definitely the low end of the pflueger line. Would definitely upgrade the the president!

Bought this as a birthday present for my son wrapped it up in the shipping box ... opens it just after blowing out his candles and surprise... rod was broken ! Thanks for spoiling his gift

The rod has very nice action for perch and walleye. The reel is very smooth, I use 4# test line on it, great purchase and price.

Great pole I bought these for walleye fishing and I've brought in some hogs and didn't phase these rods one bit. The reel worked great and the drag functioned flawlessly.
