Exactly what I needed for notes I have to read from a distance. The stand stays upright when I need it upright and folds flat for hauling in my backpack.

I see lots of people complaining about this product. I think that it works great. The product description tells you that it is made of plastic and it sells for about $20 or less. So, you should not expect it to be bullet proof.

This holds a good grouping of papers to work with. They stay in place for me with no hassles. Lightweight and easy to use. The back folds into the backing to lay flat and store somewhere when not in use.

This stand is a life saver for me , as I do order entry on a daily basis. My orders are right in front of me , instead of looking up and down constantly.

Gets the job done, but it's not super sturdy. I've had this for a while now and I notice that I'm not using it that much. Primarily its because it falls over a lot and maybe thats because my desk is pretty small. I have also had the extra pieces fall off, but the good news is that they can go back on pretty easily and without looking at a manual. It's pretty useful when I'm studying and have to look at multiple things--because my desk is so small. I'd definitely buy this for my niece in college because it would be perfect for limited space.
