I love it. It is super sturdy and I don't have to worry about it collapsing.

Pros: Nice and sturdy construction of the easel, just enough resistance so that it is easy to open up and still hold it's position.Cons: The side rail attachment is cheesy and is adhered using foam tape. Either the rail or the easel is not flush as the foam tape really stands out on the black easel. The top "clip" is really a piece of solid plastic, I didn't realize this and when I squeezed it (thinking it was a clip), it broke. The ruler is nice, and if it were level, it would help out a lot since the color contrast is great. The highlighting ruler tends to sag and the magnet is not strong enough to hold it up, and the "sliding" ability could be improved. In a nutshell the easel is great but the add-ons leave much to be desired.

Sturdy copyholder and very easily adjusted for the best line of sight. The small magnet fell off as I carried it from one place to another and I never found it (nowhere near strong enough) but I had some REALLY strong magnets at home and put one of those on instead. What a difference. I don't find the top clip helpful, either. Can't seem to get it to go on the tray properly and don't need it, anyway, with the magnet I have. Everyone is jealous of me and wishes one was in every office! It's made my job SO much easier and my neck and shoulders no longer ache anywhere near as much when I'm working.

This feels sturdy, like it should last for years. It holds my papers securely so I can see to type. I don't need or use the line marker, so can't comment on that. So far, I have only used the clip at the top to hold papers, not the magnet. I love that it folds up so I can put it away with the papers I'm working on still attached, ready for the next time.

At first glance I was pleased that it looked almost like my old Wilson Jones Copyholder. It even has a round magnet to hold papers in place. Didn't need the clip on top. The line guide was another story, however. It doesn't move smoothly up and down the side like my old one did. This one has a non magnetic holder that slides on a bar that attaches to the copy holder with cheap sticky sponge. It doesn't slide smoothly at all and is very distracting as I pull it up or down, trying to apply just the right amount of pressure to make it stop at the right place. If Kensington was going to copy Wilson Jones, why not go all the way, and include the much better magnetic slide. They couldn't have saved that much money by doing it this way, could they? I bought it for work so I wouldn't have to take my Wilson Jones one back and forth every day, since I use it at home and work, so the new Kensington one is at work.

I've bought this copy holder for different job sites, my home office, and my daughter's desk. Also use this for holding open my cookbooks. LOVE this product. Very well made, very sturdy, folds flat for easy moving. Highly recommend!

The body is solid metal, a $2 or 3 value, and the accessories are cheap. The clip is cheap, the magnet is weak, the "premium" guide does not stay in line (not 90 degrees, has lots of wiggle). Less than a dollar's worth of accessories for an extra $20. Big plus: the unit folds up. Big minuses: poor engineering, Chinese quality control.
