Early postpartum both of my wrists started to hurt, and I found that I had something called "mommy wrist." I wear these every night and they work great and stopped the pain. They have held up great with 6 months of nightly use. They don't bother me at night, and I rarely notice that I have them on while I'm sleeping.The straps can be pulled tightly or loosely depending on size needs or preference. They are velcro, so they're a little loud to undo, but that's to be expected with velcro.

After tearing the tendon between my thumb and forefinger, my doctor put me in a wrist cast for six weeks. It became unbearable after just a week and a half, so I had my wife remove it. I needed something to keep my thumb isolated, and that’s when I found this wrist thumb brace—wow!It provides the same level of support as my cast but without the extreme restrictions. I tried several other braces, but none offered the support and thumb isolation this one does. If you need a reliable brace that keeps your thumb stable while allowing more freedom, I highly recommend this product!

I had been suffering for over 2 months with such deep burning pain in right hand/lower arm. Just horrible. Eventually moved up my entire arm. After realizing it wasn’t going to get better on my own, I found out it is De Quervains. Ordered this tho hated spending for something that might not work-was best decision I’ve ever made!! After 2 days the burning/aching horrid pain was nearly gone from hand and lower arm. Upper arm was still painful but knew after letting this go so long it’d be a drawn out healing. Now, 12 days later, I can sleep! I can have a pain free day! The lower arm no pain, the upper arm so much better but still not quite pain free but not near what it was. I wear brace 24/7 only taking it off when necessary. I am now going to start arm exercises with band because of decreased strength related to letting this issue go untreated for so long but now, because of this brace, I’m so close to complete recovery!! I’m telling you-if you start feeling burning, aching pain in your thumb, wrist, lower arm-immediately BUY this brace!!! Don’t be a pokey like me!! BEST money spent! And no doctor bills lol

This brace is great! I was misdiagnosed at the Urgent Care by the nurse practitioner with carpal tunnel and purchased a regular wrist brace because of that. I believe that brace is what exacerbated the problem I started having in my thumb and wrist area, which was extremely painful. The other brace was uncomfortable as I felt I needed something that didn't separate my thumb as much.When I finally got to see my doctor, she advised that I did not have carpal tunnel and that I had Dequervain's Tenosynovitis. She told me to get a different brace that would hold my thumb more stationary. I brought this brace and it has worked wonders alleviating the pain. I have a small, and for me it fits fine. It allows my thumb to remain stable so that I don't accidentally move it in a position that produces the pain. I highly recommend it. Because of the stability it provides, my hand is much more mobile and it is providing the exact support I need until I am able to get to the hand specialist. My arm looks like a cyborg arm, and it is thick like a cast, but the pain is much less than it was prior to using this.
