I love this cabinet, and customer service assistance has been FANTASTIC. First, as soon as you order the item, the supplier emails details to assist you with assembly. Second, the assembly guide that comes in the package is the best I’ve ever seen. Someone put a lot of thought into anticipating where you might go wrong or be confused. Third, my order had a small flaw—one of the holes drilled to house a screw that holds one of the trays was much too large, and Nancy was nothing short of amazing in making sure I received replacement parts. I’ve had similar problems in the past with other furniture (e.g., a part damaged in shipping) and always the supplier says they can only send a new item, and that I need to dispose of the original. Such a waste! I really appreciated that in this case I could request the specific parts. Oh, and the cabinet is lovely! Great design and attractive, too. This is a great company. I wish I could walk in to their supply room to thank them in person.

Wasn't sure what to expect because there had been no reviews posted when I bought this. Box arrived looking a little beat up, but there was enough styrofoam inside where every piece was intact and undamaged. Directions were very simple and clear to follow to build. They even provide a screwdriver (and allen wrenches) for assembly. Only thing I needed was a hammer (mallet) and a drill to anchor the shoe rack to my wall. It is heavy and you will probably need a second hand to wrangle it into position. It actually started shifting apart a little when we moved it into position and I had to go retighten all the cam heads. Could be more secure, but hence the 4 star rating. I probably won't hang anything heavy on the coat hooks, or anything for long, as I feel the screws in these won't hold up very well since they're just short wood screws in particle board. Does a good job holding and organizing all my shoes. Holds way more than what's shown in the picture, unless you're fussy about your shoes being pushed together. Overall, I'd definitely recommend. What you see in the pictures is what you get, works exactly as advertised, was easy to assemble and looks great!

I easily fit a 16 pair. Takes up little space. Looks great but takes a bit of patience to assemble. Not difficult tho. Much sturdier than I expected. Good quality. Room more organized now.

Sturdy. Beautiful. Easy to put together. Make sure to anchor to wall if you have children. Also, it fits kids shoes well, but adult men’s shoes are a bit too big for this.
