Cheaply made. I can’t return it because I put it together and no longer have the box. It keeps falling over with my shoes in it.My husbands shoes which is a size 11 wont fit.

First of all I love this cabinet. But....it was a bear to assembly. Took me ALL dayto assemble. Didn't have complete instructions. Missing steps. And the sanitizer doesn'twork. Although, I’m not sorry I bought it because it's prefect where I wanted it to go and looks great and works great...but,like I said a bear to assemble, so if you want to lose a day and get frustrated go for it! LOL I suppose it will be worth it.

Unfortunately, I am not impressed with this. First, we got a product that had damaged pieces. Minor, but damage nonetheless. Also, it had been previously put together so was missing most of the labels making it very difficult to decipher between the pieces. The bag of hardware was just that—A large bag of loose screws. The individual labeled bags were there but empty. So, again, it was multiple guess on what hardware was to be used as nothing was labeled. The instructions weren’t great, but again, it may be because we didn’t get a labeled product. My partner is very handy so it didn’t take him too long to figure things out, but had he not had building experience, it would have taken much longer.Once together, it is a beautiful piece; however, doesn’t hold near the number of shoes it claims to, unless a person only wears flip flops. Women’s tennis shoes will fit but tight. Boots, depending on height, may or may not fit.In short, unless you only wear flip flops and sandals, there’s no way you’ll get 24-36 pairs of shoes in this. And even that would be a stretch.

It was a little difficult to make, and two black pieces had cracks. One by the time it was delivered and the other the other while putting it together. Just be careful with laying them down while you are putting it altogether. However, I love how it looks and it does do its job!

Holds a lot of shoes, but probably not best for anything larger than a women's size 9, unless a slim shoe. Perfect way to clean up an entry way from shoe clutter.

I like the shoe rack it fits everything ,it makes clean and neat no shoes all over the places .the only thing dislike boots cannot fit it
