Must be used with activator to create a strong permanent bond. Carpenter son recommended it to me. I use it for anything I need a string, permanent bond on. Ives used on crystal, acrylics, ceramics and even jewelry. My go to glue!!

I've used this product for years. I've tried the several different formulas offered. I mostly glue the miters on my crown molding with it, but I have found many other uses. Once I got run into on the highway, by a police officer, if you can imagine.. I pried out my driver door so I could open it, then glued my mirror back on with 2P-10 for a quick, temporary fix on the side of the road! Since I keep it right there in my toolbox, it's always available when I need it. Cool stuff!

Good product, I am replacing an outdated bottle.On the back label, all 2p10 adhesive/glue is labeled with the expiration date (ie, 060223; June 2 2023). Fastcap guarantees at least a 2 year life on sale of the product. That seems to be an accurate life span. Signs of failure are generally that the glue will not cure/set. Sometimes it will still work if you use the accelerator, but then it's time to replace it or toss it.

They sell these in larger bottles which I also bought, but I prefer this smaller size as the larger bottle is a pain and gets gunked up unless you are using large amounts all the time and just don't need to open and close it that much before you are done with it. We've found so many uses for this beyond what you'd use super glue normally for. We just created a cute set of hexagon shelves for our grandson out of scrap wood and had them done and then glued the hexagons together for an even cooler effect all in one day. Took about half an hour of sawing and sanding and then an hour total of gluing 4 hexagons together and then gluing the 4 final hexagons to each other. I recommend this for that kind of stuff particularly because I made one hexagon before this with wood glue and it was MUCH harder to get it right without slipping and that was using the exact same method I used with these (tape sticky side up and wrapping the entire hexagon together as you go.

Usually I use Gorilla Super Glue Gel but it grabs too fast for some applications. The 2P-10 without the activator gives you a little more time to position your pieces which I needed for a complicated repair. I also did a test glueing end grain hickory dowels to side grain mahogany, and let them cure overnight. The Gorilla Glue was definitely stronger. Maybe the activator makes the 2P-10 stronger? Both adhesives cost about the same.

Used this to glue some laser cut pieces of an assembly I was making. Works well. I've only used it on that material, which was 1/4" MDF-like wood. I'll be using it a lot in the future. The working time, for me, is perfect. I didn't use any curing agent or activator. Just this stuff, and held the pieces for a short time.
