This cookie press gun kit promises festive cookies, but delivers flimsy frustration. From the moment I opened the box, the cheap plastic construction was evident. The discs felt thin and easily bendable, and the gun itself had a disconcerting wobble. While it did technically "press" cookies, the results were inconsistent and often messy. The trigger mechanism felt fragile, and I worried it would break with each use. Cleaning was a nightmare, with dough clinging to every crevice. If you're looking for a reliable cookie press, save your money and invest in something sturdier. This kit is a recipe for disappointment.

If you have a liquidy dough might be alright, but the plastic ring that holds the tip snapped on my second use.

The ratchet mechanism did not work at all. It worked fine out of the box, but as soon as I put some dough inside, it barely worked for three cookies then it would not ratchet any more. Won't work under load. Junk! This was not a cheap item either. This item should NOT be an Amazon sponsored item. Go with a name brand.

This item arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.I have always wanted to try making cookies like these and I was very excited when it arrived! Within twenty four hours I had my cookie dough made and my cookie press washed and ready to go.For the dough, I used a recipe I got from YouTube because I wanted to make sure I had enough dough for a Christmas party.The press comes with 13 cookie discs, so there are plenty of choices. My first disc was the Christmas tree (photo included).The cookie press comes with everything you’ll need and instructions to be able to fill and press your cookies easily. My one tip is to make sure your cookie pan is clean and free of grease. You may need to clean your cookie sheets in between each batch because if you don’t, any little bit of grease will keep the cookies dough from sticking properly on the sheet while you’re pressing them out.After a small learning curve, my cookies came out cute and perfectly formed. The press is functional and easy to clean, too, which is nice!Five stars for being a quality product with plenty of options included. For the current price of about $40, this set is a good deal as you’ll have it for many years.

This cookie press worked really well and is surprisingly sturdy. It’s easy to use and presses cookies perfectly without too much effort. I really like the variety of discs included. There’s a good range of designs to choose from, so you can get creative with your cookies.One of my favorite parts is that the box shows images of what the different tips and discs do. It’s super helpful, especially if you’re new to using a cookie press. The only odd thing about it is the word “unattackable” printed on the box. It’s kind of funny and doesn’t seem to fit, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the product.Overall, it’s a solid cookie press and a great addition to my baking tools.
