Like the other reviewers stated, it’s cheaply made and poorly constructed. Trigger gun stopped working almost immediately. I bought this to make Christmas Spritz cookies from my childhood and I threw them all away! This was a very disappointing product and I will seek out the vintage Mirro brand cookie press my mother used to own. Definitely ruined my Christmas this year.I only regret that I cannot give it “zero” stars as a rating.

There are parts on the device that really needed an explanation that wasn't covered in the instructions. The instructions that were there was roughly a single page and only covered putting the dough in the device and pulling the trigger. There is also a recipe for the doughParts that screw on and off squeak.Missing an extruder.I'm also not a huge fan of the extruders that were provided (this did not affect the rating i gave it)Item broke on first use. I can no longer remove parts of the device for cleaning. I only got 4 cookies until the device broketl,dr; Items biggest issues are insufficient instructions, the missing extruder, and how easily it broke

Makes beautiful cookies but it's not easy to use. Dough cannot be thick or cold as it won't go through the design. Not recommended for decorating with icing.

I was hoping that with this being metal that it would be better than my plastic cookie presses, however I was wrong. The metal is cheap and I managed to get 4 cookies “pressed” and the handle broke. I removed the dough to go back to my plastic press and found metal in the dough that was removed (yes it was thoroughly cleaned before use). Extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your money on this product.

while I have not used this press yet, it feels flimsy and cheap. The outside is kind of rough. A lot of the internals are plastic. The slides it came with are beyond flimsy. The tube you put the dough in is TINY. if you've ever made Spritz cookies, you know there is no such thing as a small batch... That means a lot of stopping to refill. I understand you get what you pay for, but just don't expect much.Better off buying the Wilton one for a slight upgrade.
