The only misleading thing is that the cloud storage has a free trial period and then you pay after that, and for some reason the wifi setup took a few attempts. Everything else is far better than expected. Compact, clear images, great app with lots of settings. The magnetic base allows endless mounting options and camera angles. No issues with the integrated mic and speaker. Overall I have no regrets with this purchase.

الكاميرا ممتازة وطريقة تنزيل التطبيق سهلة وبسيطة ؛ الصوت والصورة واضحين ، عندها خاصية التخزين السحابي او ممكن شراء ذاكره ووضعها داخل الكاميرا . العيب الوحيد اللزق ضعيف كنت حابه ألصقها في الجدار بس طاحت الغراء خفيف وما تثبت في الجدار ممكن تنحط فوق طاولة ولا رف .

I have been using this brand of security camera for several years. Have one in just about every 1st floor room of my house as well as purchased an exterior EXVIZ camera for the exterior of my home. Love the ease of using the app to receive notifications of movement while I am away from home, or just to check on the dog. Great brand, I highly recommend.

It's easy to check videos, and set up and use the SD card.Despite buying 3 blinks last time, I think this is a worthwhile purchase.

I recently purchased the EZVIZ Indoor Security Camera (1080P WiFi Baby Monitor) with the expectation of enhancing the security and monitoring capabilities within my home. Initially, the camera's features, including smart motion detection, two-way audio, and an impressive 40ft night vision range, seemed promising. It also boasted compatibility with Alexa & Google Assistant, adding to the convenience factor.However, my experience quickly deteriorated when the camera stopped functioning without warning. Seeking a solution, I contacted EZVIZ's customer support and spoke with a representative named Anush, who advised me to purchase an SD card and a device to resolve the issue. This recommendation was not only unexpected but also required technical expertise that I found challenging to navigate.Following this, I reached out to the technical support team via email at support@ezviz.com, hoping for a more straightforward solution. Unfortunately, my email went unanswered, leaving me with no other choice but to attempt a firmware upgrade on my own – a process they suggested but should not be a customer's responsibility.Despite purchasing the recommended SD card and investing time and effort into fixing the camera myself, the problems persisted. I then pursued a replacement, believing this to be a reasonable request given the circumstances. To my dismay, my request was met with silence from EZVIZ.It's highly regrettable that a product with such potential has been marred by inadequate customer service and support. The lack of response and assistance has been frustrating, to say the least. I am left with a non-functional camera and out-of-pocket expenses for attempted fixes that should have been unnecessary.As a result of these challenges, I must rate the EZVIZ Indoor Security Camera very poorly. I hold out hope that EZVIZ will address this issue and reach out to me with a satisfactory resolution. Until then, my rating remains as a reflection of my experience - one that I hope others will not have to endure.
