  • No, Floodlight Cam S330’s bulbs aren’t replaceable. The LED bulbs can be used for over 100,000 hours.

Our neighbors’ experienced attempted break ins. My son-in-law investigated security systems. Eufy came highly recommended. We could not be more pleased. These flood light security cameras were easy to install. The Eufy line of security cameras are of very good quality and design. You use SD cards purchased separately which actually saves more money since they can be purchased when on a good sale in bulk. The picture quality is rather good. The floodlights are Very bright and can be adjusted to cover large areas of your yard and overlap. They have motion detectors. The best feature of the security cameras is the absence of a need for a monthly subscription. My son-in-law set these up. They use our families Wi-Fi signal and our smart phones get notified according to the parameters that we set. These have been fabulous. We went so far to buy more of Eufy brand indoor cameras for the inside. We’ve been able to monitor the exterior of our house for anybody coming and going; we’ve been able to watch postman, UPS and FedEx delivery people coming up to our porch with the Eufy doorbell camera that we also purchased because we’ve had such good experiences with this company‘s products. This brands, security cameras not needing a monthly subscription has probably saved us hundreds of dollars. But we still have peace of mind that we can watch our house inside and out and get timely notifications. We’ve even seen our pet sitter come in and play with the dogs while we’ve been out of town on vacation on a live feed. And the picture and sound quality are fabulous. I highly recommend this brand for all of their cameras because of the quality and value.

No subscription fees and excellent motion and sound detection. Picks up sound well. Tracks well especially in the large back yard area.Works well with the app for your mobile phone. Also works perfectly at night. We had to adjust the brightness of the lights as they were too bright and had neighbourhood dogs barking.More than pleased with this unit and how well it functions.

There's not much to dislike except for one that perhaps I am doing wrong. I do not wish for the light to come on but only when it detects a person. Other than that, I wish for the light to remain completely off but for some reasons, it stays on at night. I already removed any settings for it to turn on at the "ambient" portion of the setup and there are no set schedules for it to be on. I will turn it off and yet, after it detects a person and turn on, it will remain on. That is what bugs me. Otherwise, I like how clear the video and the sound is acceptable.

Definitely looks like you're serious about security, no one will mistake this for a wimpy, weak camera. The aesthetic screams "I see all", if that's what you're going for.But functionally it's so hard to dislike. The IR sensors pick up everything. The camera's own motion detection is iffy, where it just watches for things moving in the video. But it's like a bloodhound with those IR sensors. The moment someone steps on the yard, the camera pivots out of nowhere to watch them (and at night the lights blaze on). Any side them come from, it's there. Honestly I'm glad the dome blocks any view of the camera because it would be CREEPY. It also likes to watch cars that drive nearby.Once it finds a "target", ahem, I mean, subject. It follows them all over the place. Again creepy if they could see it. It rarely misses anything. I make it a game for my kids to try to sneak by without triggering it. Not even joking.A few other great things about it:* Video quality is clear, sharp even in poor lighting conditions (eg light shining directly in the camera)* Frame rate is 25fps (very smooth video of my kids playing)* Response time is great (getting videos from app, starting livestream, changing settings)* Connection is reliable (never a hint of any issues)* Decent sound, plus noise from camera moving is very quiet* Had a good amount of rain recently (CA) and it has not been affected at all. Might be due to installation tips I got online.* Lights are very bright and I like being able to set the color temp, I keep mine at very warm and brightness 50%Some cons, however.* Notifications can't be turned off or limited more than recordings. Unlike all their other cameras, Eufy made some custom stuff here and you can set a timer to disable all notifications for this individual camera. You can also set it to record only "human" detected events, although those often miss things I've found. I would like an option to record everything but only notify me of human alerts. Or maybe only alert me at night.* Not very cute. I can see a little curtness in the design but it's destroyed by the all seeing eye vibe* Human detection 9ft off the ground is not very accurate, gets maybe 50% of people. Although they are all "seen" and recorded as regular motion thanks to IR sensors* Motion tracking is a little drunk, when people are very close (under the camera). It overshoots and won't see them ever again (amusing) or else keeps putting them on the edge of the frame and going back and forth a lot. Changing settings has not improved this much. Kinda ruins the "evil overlord" thing but doesn't worry me that much since someone has to start far away where this is not an issue.* A nitpick, but turning on the light manually gets overriden by the auto off timer if any motion is detected (which tends to happen if you're going outside to use the light). As soon as something is detected, the light turns off after 30s no matter how you turned it on.* Also the notifications (same with other Eufy products) will pop up on my phone twice if I have "full effect" turned on (once for text only, again when they add the thumbnail)

As a floodlight, the Eufy Floodlight Cam Pro is ridiculously bright, to the point where you cannot use it on a residential street without being a nuisance to your neighbors. Fortunately, both color and brightness are fully adjustable. With mine set at 25% brightness and fully warm color, people can walk by my house without being annoyingly blinded. The best thing about Eufy is that storage is onboard and not reliant on the cloud. But onboard storage is limited to 8GB and it's not expandable. It also doesn't pair with the HomeBase 2 I already have from my doorbell. It looks like that's enough for a few weeks or even months for my usage on a quiet residential street, but I could see it being limiting if you're in a high traffic area. The onboard human detection AI works pretty well for the most part. It does seem to have more trouble detecting cars. The first few days the light wouldn't turn on and there were no recordings at all of cars pulling into my driveway. It worked better after I turned off the automatic sensitivity adjustment and put it at a fixed value. As for the automatic tracking, it mostly works, but the pan/tilt moves in large increments, so instead of a smooth tracking of the subject, you have it jerk in large movements to kind of keep the subject in view. As the field of view is very wide and it is mounted high being a floodlight, it doesn't really have to move much for the most part anyway. Actually, it could benefit from a zoom function as people are quite small in view and faces are hard to identify.Overall, I'm satisfied with the Eufy floodlight camera pro, but it is very expensive compared to fixed options like the Wyze floodlight camera (which I also have, in my backyard). At a sale price I find it barely acceptable in value/performance, I would not recommend it at full price when a fixed floodlight camera (like Eufy's non-pro option), would suffice in most use cases.

Update to review:After two years the camera rotate started making a grinding noise. It still worked but we had it mounted on a wall outside our bedroom and the noise would transfer into the room. Even though we were well out of warranty Eufy support sent us a whole new unit on their own dime. Really good service! Well done!Original review:Sure it's a security camera, but realistically we've never had intruder problems. The two most practical parts of the camera are the motion sensor light and being able to live stream the video on my computer monitor. With the ability to change the light colour from white to warm and the intensity from very bright to barely on we can set the night light exactly how we want it. We live on half an acre surrounded by neighbours on each side and front and woods on the back. Mostly we want the light to illuminate our front deck area and driveway so we're not tripping up walking from the car to the house at night. Being able set it to blend in with our solar decorating lights, or make it very bright when we're doing work infront of the garage is for us it's most useful feature. Second is I work from home in an office that doesn't point to the front of the house. I can stream the video of our long driveway and front yard on a side monitor. When I let the dog out I can make sure she doesn't wander off, and I can see when deliveries visitors arrive. The software is clever and the instructions are good. The video is pretty clear. 4K would be better but then I'd likely have streaming issues with bandwidth. The only improvement is if it came in different colours so we could pick one to blend in with our house, which is not white. Highly recommend
