Great Camera quality, the color adjusts randomly sometimes & goes deep red or grey but will come back. The picture also freezes sometimes in the app and you have to go out then go back in to view live feed, but over all it’s a Great Camera. It comes in great handy for me to watch my pup while working away from home.

Take it out of the box, plug it in, download the app, and you're ready to go. A familiar dial on the app lets you rotate the camera side to side and up and down, allowing 180° of visibility. To me, the most valuable part is the ability to see from anywhere and control the camera from your phone.

This is a security pan-cam that requires power from a USB-C cable and connects to your home network through WiFi (2.4G and 5G supported). A micro SD slot can accommodate memory card for recording videos. The camera comes with a charging cable and some screws. An AC adapter for powering the camera is not included.To start, I had to download the CareCam Pro app to connect the camera. You can access videos on the cloud, but a paid subscription is required. If you do not want to use this service, you can rely on the SD card to record and playback videos for you.I tried using the camera as a regular security cam in place where it wouldn’t get wet, and it seemed to work fine for that purpose. I was able to use the CareCam Pro app live without a subscription, but the videos must be recorded to the SD card and can be reviewed using the app or removing the card to download to a computer.The CareCam app is simple to use, and to use the pan/tilt feature, you simply put your finger on the image and move the camera around by swiping in any direction. The resolution is very good even in low light and can capture some of the finer details. I liked that this camera has the ability to operate on a 5GHz network, and I don’t have to deal with interference from microwave ovens or neighbors. Some internet providers have even elected to stop supporting 2.4Ghz, so this is a good way of future proofing any security system.Overall I think this is a good pancam that can be used as a security or nanny cam. The biggest drawback is the CareCam Pro app. Unfortunately this camera will only work with that app, so if you have other cameras that use the more mainstream apps, you will have to use CareCam Pro just to monitor this one camera.

YOU CAN NOT DOWNLOAD AN APP. go to App Store ….no luck . Tried scanning QR code on box. No luck there either. If I can’t download the app it is no goo to me . Is it under something besides Alaga? Disappointing . Please someone help

Very easy to set up and use! The quality of the camera is exceptional and the price is great! Highly recommend!If you're animal owner, I could recommend this product more when you're at your 9-5, and you need to check up on your animal or you need to make sure your dog walker actually takes out the dog this camera will have you covered.

This camera is great! Setup was quick and easy. The video is super clear, and I can check it anytime on the app. Makes me feel so much safer. Definitely worth it!

This camera has a ton of features packed into a really minimal and compact design. 3K camera resolution, 360 degree rotation, pan & tilt control, can be wall-mounted or free standing, has 2-way audio, night vision, can record to microSD, and has Bluetooth and dual-band Wifi (2.5 and 5G) connectivity. The size is really the winner for me -- it's the perfect size for stashing in just about any nook or cranny, and all it needs is a USB-C for power. The camera comes with wall mount hardware as well as a 6-food USB cable and wall adapter, which is perfectly adequate for almost any set-up. The only downside is the app has a slight delay, but mostly over Wifi, which is pretty understandable. All in all, an absolute steal for the price. I've had cameras that cost 10x as much that didn't work as well nor have all the features that this camera has.
