I bought this with the hopes that it would make my 14 hp wood chipper easier to move around. It works great! It made this heavy piece of equipment easy to get in and out of the places I want to use it without having to hitch it to the truck or tractor. This dolly is well built sturdy, at least for what I’m going to throw at it. The wheels and tires are holding up and holding air quite well. It was easy to assemble even if the box it shipped in was mere tatters by the time it got to me. Surprisingly, the only part missing was a cotter pin that holds the wheel onto the axle. For my needs, this was money well spent!

It is built well. The only thing that I would have done differently is to buy the item with larger wheels. The small wheels are not good for heavy loads.

Overall, I like this dolly. And the price was very reasonable. I used it for the first time today and it worked well.The reason I cannot give it 4 stars or even 5 is because one of the components is a bit flimsy. The rectangular metal tube that connects between the axle and wheel assembly and the handle is a bit on the flimsy side. The walls of that piece of steel tubing are so thin that they bend inward if you fully tighten the bolts that go the tubing to securely attach it to the wheel section. I guess I could have not fully tightened those bolts and it would have worked. But I would not have been happy with that. So, I stacked up 9 steel washers on the inside of the tubing where each of the 4 bolts went through. That allowed me to fully tighten those bolts without bending in the walls of the tubing. Mechanically, this turned out to be a fine solution, but it weas a lot of extra work and I think I shouldn't have had to do it.Note to the manufacturer: Make that component out of rectangular steel tubing with thicker walls. Even if you had to charge 10 bucks more, it would be worth it.

Put it together and tried to move my 18' ski boat that maybe weighs 2500 pounds (the boat is light enough that I I can lift the tongue by myself). I tried to use the dolly to move my boat under the carport about 20 feet across paved a driveway. The dolly folded like a cheap suit! Axels bent, chassis bent, Complete garbage. I would not this.

The unit works as described. Unfortunately, the box was tore open in corner. Upon inspection, I found, I was missing two lock nuts, one bolt and one washer. Had to purchase missing hardware to finish assembly. The manufacturer, recommend vontacting them directly with issues. Wonderful! Except, how long would I have waited for missing hardware?My suggestion, find a better carrier.

I had a long positive response but on the last sentence I had a system malfunction. Terrible...The company Customer Service is fantastic. Lauren S. was the rep and I do not have enough accolades to use to acknowledge Lauren. She is a true company asset. She will go places in this company if she keeps in mind that the customers are the reason she has a job and the reason the company is in business.Not many like her in the Customer service line of business.Peter
