If you daily your car this is a wonderful clutch especially paired with the lightweight flywheel. Though just to be safe always tune or check with your tuner before driving.

Fantastic!!! Really added to the performance. I did not realize how much the stock and ORM clutches slip. *** May cause your clutch pedal mount to crack away from the fire wall *** Install at your on risk ***.

I've had this clutch on my car for the past 20k miles or so. Paired with the Exedy racing flywheel it is amazing and hasn't slipped once. Then again my car only is putting out about 385hp to the wheels. Not sure if I'd use this clutch for much more HP.

I'm sharing this review because there aren't many out there related to clutches for the STI.The car is an almost stock 2005 Subaru STI with the COBB accessport stage 2 tune. The sotck clutch had to be replaced after 1 too many clutch dumps.After reading numerous posts on all the forums of which would be a good replacemetn clutch other than stock, i came to the conclusion that this would be my best fit. i wanted a clutch that could hold the extra torque but didn't want to feel like i was driving a dump truck.This clutch does have a bit heavier pedal feel but i don't hear any chatter as some people state. I'm still in the break in process and will post an update if anything changes.not that it matters, but the pressure plate isn't painted, it's metal color. i know for OCD people that like pretty things this might drive them nuts becuase the box shows a white pressure plate but nope.I did not install this clutch, but i started to. i would recommend paying someone to do it... it's not as easy as a RWD car or old hot rod. i ended up ripping a CV joint which now i have to replace. most shops are going to get you for 9 hours of labor but it took my guy 5 hours to do. Try to find someone willing to do it for 5 to 6 hours of labor else find a specific Subaru speed shop to get it done right and cheaper.My fly wheel needed to be cut. i read numerous posts not to change the flywheel because of the inertia.Hope this helps, drop me a line.

According to the part number this is for STi 6 speed cars. Amazon shows it if you choose, for example: 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX 2.5DOHC, this clutch will not fit this car or any other USDM WRX (non-STi) model.
